Paneer Masala by Animesh Rajurkar
Ingredients:
- 1 Black cradamom
- 1 small cinemon stick
- bay leaf small
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 table spoon coriander powder
- kasuri methi (Bockhornsklöver)
- Chilli powder to taste
- 1.5 table spoon cumin poweder
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 big
- Tomotor 3 big
- Oil
- Paneer
Recipe:
- Heat about 2 tablespoon oil in a pan
- add cumin seads , black cardamom , cinemon stick, bay leaf
- as soon as cumin seed stat splattering add finely chopped onion.
- Add some salt( as it takes out the moisture and fasten the process of cooking onion)
- Add some Ginger garlic paste after some time.
- as soon as they are golden brown remove them from the stove.
- After they cool down, make the paste in a blender.
- Make tomato puree of fresh tomatoes and add it to th eabove pasted and cook it on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add coriander pwd, cumin pwder , read chilli powder to the above.
- Cook it on slow flame for about 25 mins
- if you want chicken instead od paneer, then add your fried marinated chicken after 5 minutes, to get a good flavour to the chicken and brown colour from the gravy.
- Add Kasuri methi (it gives a nice flavour to the preparation)
- Add fresh paneer and cook it for another 5 minutes.
